Goals : To provide a safe and efficient way for the practitioner to defend himself from a criminal approach.

MODULE I - Fundamental More flight to fight
MODULE II – General More fight and flight
MODULE III – Extreme Fighting with absolute blow and great impact
Course workload: The three modules of the Self Defense course will have 6 (six) class hours.
CERTIFICATION
Salvamento e Resgate and Augusto Ribeiro certify students who complete the total workload as: participants of the JiuJitsu-based Self Defense Course.
