TECHNICAL RESCUE BY ROPES LEVEL 01 URBAN RESCUE

GOALS

• Qualify students in the national rescue standardization, in preparation and

response to emergencies involving VERTICAL ENVIRONMENT;

• Enable students to handle technologies for evaluating structures,

monitoring and security;

WORKLOAD

The “Level 1 PSTN Course” will last 20 (TWENTY) class hours. 

MATERIAL REQUIRED BY STUDENT:

Each student must have the following Mandatory PPE's, which will be

used for the course:

• Rescue Helmet;

• Rescue belt - parachutist type, as provided for in the NR35 standard; 05 points

• Protective goggles;

• Cowboy Gloves;

• Rope (4.5m of 10 or 12mm semi-static rope);

• Headlamp, with spare batteries.

APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATION

This process, in Brazil, will be certified by Salvamento e Resgate Ltda., which will certify and nominate those approved, as OPERATORS prepared for Technical Rescue Operations by Ropes Level 01.

The CERTIFICATE has two conclusions:

• APPROVAL: APPROVAL IN ALL REQUIRED QUESTIONS.

• PARTICIPATION: THERE WAS NO TRAINING APPROVAL.

INSTRUCTORS

The instructors are professionals trained in the following areas.

• An Occupational Safety Technician with proven proficiency.

• Military firefighter with over 25 years of rescue experience.

Number of vacancies:

• Minimum 15 students

• Maximum 20 Students

Requirements: 

• Physical and psychological conditions for the practice of exercises;

• Once these criteria are met, the student must be aware that the APPROVED character of this course will take place through daily, detailed assessments in intellectual, theoretical and individual practices, skills and knowledge.
