English Course (EAD)

Criteria for filling the vacancy and participation in the Course:

The English course is intended for beginners, however, there is the possibility of leveling

as classes close.

Methodology:

Classes will last 1 hour per week via online platform with a teacher teaching classes online with activities that advocate the 4 English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing), grammatical support material will be made available on the EAD platform as well as extra-class exercises to practice throughout the week.

Classes will be divided by levels and students will be able to choose the level that they feel most adapted to, initially we will have classes of elementary levels. Elementary level classes will emphasize the basic structures of the English language, as well as the main verb tenses such as present, past and future, there is no need for the student to already know English to participate at this level.

Classroom operation:

Students will have classes once a week, at pre-scheduled times in fixed classes lasting 1 hour without a break.

Faculty:

Renata de Geroni – Clinical Psychologist and English Teacher: Bachelor's degree in Psychology from FSG, with Specialization in Theory and Technique psychoanalysis from UNISINOS, Group coordination course from Pichon Rivière. Pedagogical Training/Full Degree in Languages Portuguese English by the IBF.

From the student's assessment:

Students will have their performance evaluated in each subject, and the teacher will have to control attendance and class registration.

The evaluation will be carried out through grades that materialize the student's use or not in the course, through daily evaluations, detailed in intellectual and theoretical techniques, individual practices, skills and knowledge.
