Search and Rescue in Collapsed Structures - BREC Chilean Instructors
Train the student body as “operators” of BREC, training them in the techniques and skills necessary for searching, locating, stabilizing and extracting victims trapped in collapsed structures. According to INSARAG and FEMA criteria, for those operators who are successful in this course.
